Huila is one of Colombia’s standout coffee-growing regions. It’s a place shaped by high elevations, fertile slopes and generations of coffee growing, and Villa Inza brings a number of its producers together in one lot.

Chocolate, nuts and citrus are familiar territory for Colombian coffee, and this lot leans into them nicely. The washed process keeps the profile clear and well defined, while a little citrus acidity keeps it light.

Roasted for espresso and filter, Villa Inza is a classic profile done very well.
