For many years, The John Fawcett Foundation has been a cause close to Dimattina.
Based in Bali, JFF works across Indonesia to bring eye care to people who may otherwise go without it.
Their work is practical, hands-on and right where it’s needed most, from community eye screenings and corrective glasses to cataract surgery and ongoing care.
Through mobile clinics and community programs, they take that care directly to the people who need it.
It’s the kind of work we admire: direct, meaningful and capable of changing everyday life in a very real way.
Restoring someone’s vision can change far more than what they see.
It can mean returning to work, getting back to school, moving independently, recognizing the faces of family, or simply seeing sunlight again.
Small things, until you can’t do them.
That’s what makes the work JFF does so powerful. The treatment may happen in a day, but the difference can last much longer.
This year, we’re launching JFF Week, a new annual campaign built around World Sight Day and our long-standing support for the Foundation.
For seven days in October, every kilogram of Dimattina coffee sold across wholesale, online and our flagship cafés will help support JFF.
It’s a simple way for our national coffee community to come together and help make brighter mornings possible.
